I have a 2001 TPD Bumper pull  28 foot trailer.

The trailer is in great condition for being over 20 years old, the exterior is a little faded, could use a buff. The interior looks almost brand new, had three 12v lights I removed to replace with led strips but decided to let the new owner decide what they want. Has 110v lighting and plugs inside and out along with a battery of course for 12v, has removable flood lights that plug in on the outside of the trailer. Has a toolbox in the front and also has a winch next to it with a plug in remote control. Also has a slide put generator door of course. Also has gas can rack in back. Also has all brand new led clearance lights. Tires appear to be in good shape, have tread and no cracks but tires are old so should be replaced.
